Keeping a home server quiet
Swapped the stock fan for a slower one and moved backups to a nightly window. The noise is gone; temperatures went up about three degrees, which is fine.
Sourdough, attempt four
A longer cold proof (about 14 hours) made the biggest difference so far. Next time: less water, the dough was hard to shape.
